It is with a great deal of confidence and many years of experience that I recommend Justin Tomasulo to anyone or for anyplace fortunate enough to secure him. Justin not only understands and embodies all things golf, he also happens to be one of those people of rare distinction; clever, articulate, creative, genuinely helpful and selfless. Justin and I have worked together for several years and I can honestly say that if weren’t for him, I’m not sure who would have ‘had my back’.

I have witnessed Justin’s evolution from teenager to seasoned coach, mentor and professional. His playing ability has always been notable with decent showing in the Orders of Merit for the zones he has represented. And he narrowly missed qualifying for the tour a few seasons back. But for all those skills (which are important enough, to be sure), what has impressed me the most is the serious with which he has taken to single-handedly doing his part to grow the game of golf.

Justin has actively taken on any young, keen person who has been fortunate enough to be the recipient of his generosity. This past summer alone, Justin would have actively and selflessly coached and developed serious playing skills for no less than six of the other staff at The Canadian (without payment – he does it because it is his way of giving back to the game). He has touched many lives and will be thought of as “that guy, that summer who insisted I learn – despite my reservations; and now golf is a big part of what I do”. Talk about making a difference.

Justin has the free and philosophical mind of an artist – with the professional skill-sets of an administrator, the tenaciousness and initiative of an entrepreneur and the experience of a life spent in pursuit and systematic conquest of goals. There is nothing he can’t do – period. I can think of no better candidate to ensure that your business is in good hands, that your patrons will meet a person who may indeed change their lives and any instructional programs are designed & delivered with the kind of integrity and ‘ownership of knowledge’ that they deserve.
